Prague, January 31, 2024 – ITIS Holding, a leader in traffic technologies that is part of PPF Group, an international family-owned investment company, announces that it will fully acquire VITRONIC, a leading German traffic technology and automation provider, for an undisclosed consideration.

Prague, 10 October 2023 – ITIS Holding has advanced the accreditation processes required for the provision of the European Electronic Toll Service (EETS), thanks to which carriers can handle toll payments in multiple countries with one partner and one on-board unit. ITIS Holding has successfully completed the necessary steps in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. In Poland, the documentation is going through the acceptance phase, after which the accreditation process for EETS will start in this country as well.

Bratislava, 20 September 2023 – SkyToll, which participates in the development and operation of toll systems in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and other European countries, has opened a branch office in Singapore. In the region of Asia and Pacific region, SkyToll plans to address customers with its solution for charging passenger cars and lorries and innovations in intelligent traffic management to promote sustainable transport and climate protection.

Renáta Kellnerová and her family, Anna Kellnerová, Lara Kellnerová, Maria Kellnerová, and Petr Kellner Jr., through their 100% owned company have acquired the shares in PPF Group that were previously held by Ladislav Bartoníček (0.535%) and Jean-Pascal Duvieusart (0.535%), to become the 100% owners of PPF Group.

Prague, 10 August 2023 – CzechToll of the PPF group received from the Slovak National Motorway Company the result of the evaluation of bids and the acceptance of bids in public tenders for “Building an Electronic Toll System and Providing Technical Support Services” and for “Toll Services”.

Bratislava, 28 June 2023 – SkyToll succeeded in the public procurement of the Austrian toll system and electronic vignette system operator ASFINAG for the supply of mobile camera systems for enforcing the proper payment of sticker and electronic vignettes in Austria. Based on cutting-edge technology and advanced software using artificial intelligence, the system will make it possible to identify in normal traffic whether a vehicle has a properly paid vignette – whether in electronic or sticker form.

Prague, 25 January 2023 – The company CzechToll of the ITIS Holding group received the information from the National Motorway Company of Slovakia about the resolution of comments of unsuccessful bidders in the tender procedure for “building an electronic toll system and providing technical support services”. In its bid CzechToll had undertaken to develop and deliver the information system within 13 months of signing the contract.

SkyToll has complied with the government’s request and, in accordance with the signed annex to the contract, today initiated the process of terminating the comprehensive service of electronic toll collection in Slovakia.
